I'm still not in the mood of running since the news of SCKLM postponement broke out. I'm short of 12.2km of my 100km target this month with 2 days remaining.
I understood the concern of the organizer regarding runners health due to the hazy weather but deep inside I'm deeply frustrated by it. I work hard for this. My 3rd HM event and already set my goal of finishing it by 2hours 15mins.
There are runners who can just wore their shoes and just run at any event at any distance but I am a person who need to train before running an event.
A lot fo sacrifice was made as a preparation for SCKLM. Sacrifices not just from me but from my family.
Since yesterday I have lost my desire to run and thinking of retiring from running.
I have 4 running events already registered which is SCKLM, NTV7 Feel Good Run, 2XU Compression and PBIM and I'm thinking of selling them all.
I want to start cycling instead.
Maybe this is a goodbye...
Or maybe not.
Time will tell.
