I wonder which each cheaper and more economical. For us, internet user create own email and informed the government about the email OR for the government to spend RM50million just to hire some company to do it for us.
How about people in the rural areas who do not have internet connection, will the connection provided to them. If not the email will be such a waste of resources and MONEY.
How about some people who do not have a computer,laptop etc or even have a place for them to access the internet such as cyber cafe. Will this be provided to them. If not the email will be such a waste of resources and MONEY.
FYI free WIFI in the rural areas or kampung had only been given to some places that have pilihanraya kecil only.
