The plan was to reach the finish line by 1hr 15mins. Did I make it??
Nope of course.
With not training what so ever, heaving eating with the past week resulting me with this.
Having muscle cramp at the5km mark and have to walk for 1km before started running again did not help on reaching my target.
My timing was bad though as I only manage to take off 4 minutes from the last year's race at the exactly same route.
If you look at the pace its not much to compare either. The difference is only around 10 sec.
Maybe I need to register for MAKNA Founder's Run on the 31 March as the organizers will be using the same route again.
Maybe then I could finish it by 1hr 15mins or less.....or the same/more.
