The PLAN

For the next 2 months my plan is to run as much as my left knee can go. Minimum running per week should be 3 times with mileage of 10 to 20km.
The target is to take off 5 to 15 minutes of my PB of half marathon during Standard Chartered Kuala Lumpur Marathon in June.
Now.... Must find strength and must find the will to push on.
Can I make it?
