Kidney Day Run : My Race

Not much to say as it was my personal worst so far in a 12km event. Still frustrated. Pace for the 1st 7km was good and consistent but after that was at it worst. Run-stop-run combo till the end. It cost me my finisher medal for top 400 runners.
