I did back to back events before but managed to get at least almost 24 hour rest in between event. My body felt quite good during both event especially the second. I even managed to do a 4 hour drive all the way to Lumut after the second event.
So I will try to repeat the same thing again but this time will less rest time in between races. I have registered with heavy persuasion from my friend Burn, Putrajaya Night Marathon (PNM) and Adidas King of the Road (KOTR).
In PNM I've registered Half Marathon and 10km in KOTR. PNM for HM will start at 8pm 19th October and will try to finish it by 2hour 30 mins. KOTR for 10km category will start at 7am on the next day 20th October. As usual I will take 2nd event as recovery run and running slowing than my normal 10k run.
In between races I will only managed 8.5 hour gap and will try to get much rest and sleep as possible during that small gap.
Can I do it? Lets wait and see.
