Yesterday, I only manage a 5km run. Have to ditch the plan to run near the office area because I forgot my running shoe. The heat was unbearable. I've stop multiple time and really lucky event to finish with 5km.
Should I blame it also to my 2nd day puasa sunat Syawal? Hahaha.
