This was 2 days ago. Again running after work under the scorching hot sun. Managed to 8km and straight away for an hour of futsal seccion after that.
Injured my right toe during futsal resulting in taking some rest yesterday. Still having some pain on my toes, not sure if I'm able to make it for Sunday's Pacesetters event.
