One of the best books I've read. This book actually an updated version of the 1st edition written on 1990. The mistakes are still relevant now even though its almost 20 years later. All of u should read this book as it will benefit you.The only downside is the writer made a lot of comparison of leadership in churches and ministries as he is a devout Christian. But I still get what he is trying to say anyway.
