It's the month of Standard Chartered Kuala Lumpur Marathon!
I already had 4 days rest and tomorrow the training continues again
Time to work hard, before the D-Day on 30th June.
Eat clean, work on running, speed, stamina and body conditioning.
I really need to shave off 10 to 15 minutes of my PB in HM before taking 5 month break from running.
After SCKLM my next running event will be PBIM as I need to recontinue my cycling activities.
