Tapering

Tapering
refers to the practice of reducing exercise in the days just before an important competition.Tapering is customary in many endurance sports, such as the marathon, cycling and swimming. For many athletes a significant period of tapering is essential for optimal performance. The tapering period frequently lasts as much as a week or more.

Plan minggu ni nak take light dalam kayuhan dan larian. Skali semalam ikut kayuhan rabu malam yang macam biasa BMB buat diorang belasah Bukit Puyuh. Tak jauh pun bukit tu dalam 1km aje tapi nak climbing nya cukup azab. Sampai hari ni terasa.
Jadinya hari ni off day dan mungkin Jumaat nak lari sikit.
Sabtu rest dan ahad Game On!.
